TEXAS BBQ NACHOS

Servings: 6 appetizer servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes |

Ingredients:

2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic™ Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Frank's® REDHOT® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup sliced canned jalapeno peppers
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips

Steps:

  1. Combine beans, chicken, barbecue sauce, Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce and taco seasoning in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes until hot and flavors are blended.
  2. Layer bean mixture, jalapeno peppers and cheese over tortilla chips on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro, if desired. Serve with additional Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce.
