Ingredients:

1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki baste & glaze sauce
2 tablespoons Frank's® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger root
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
3 cups cut-up vegetables such as broccoli, celery and carrots

Steps:

  1. Combine barbecue sauce, teriyaki baste & glaze sauce, Frank's RedHot Sauce, ginger and garlic; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok until very hot. Stir-fry beef 5 minutes until browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in barbecue sauce mixture. Stir-fry 1 minute until mixture is well glazed. Serve with rice if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds and minced green onion, if desired.

Tips:

  • Tips: Purchase cut-up vegetables from the salad bar of the supermarket to save time. This barbecue glaze makes a good dipping sauce for egg rolls and fried wontons.
